Abstract
In this study, it is desired to measure the satisfaction of households using public transportation vehicles in Eskisehir in 2014-2015. Public transport satisfaction is measured by Factor Analysis. 500 people were chosen randomly from Eskisehir. As a result of the Factor Analysis, households in the city were found to be satisfied with public transport.

Öz
Bu çalışmada 2014-2015 yılı Eskişehir'deki Toplu taşıma araçlarını kullanan hane halkının memnuniyetini ölçülmek istenmiştir. Toplu taşıma araçları memnuniyeti Faktör Analizi ile ölçülmüştür. Eskişehir'den 500 kişi rassal olarak seçilmiştir. Yapılan Faktör Analizi sonucunda şehirdeki hane halkı toplu taşıma araçlarından Memnun olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
