Investigation of Turkey's Provinces by Sexual Crimes

Abstract

Sexual offenses are one of the most important indicators of social justice in criminal law. In this context, for the purpose of the investigative purpose, the court is punishing the freedom by the court and producing statistics about the convicted index calculated according to the cases with the persons in the sentenced status in all the penal execution institutions affiliated to the Ministry of Justice between 2010 and 2015. According to the results of this analysis, the proinces were collected in 5 clusters. Most of the provinces has been placed at fırst cluster. Analysis results were supported by Dendogram and Algomerative chart. According to the squared Euclidean distance used as distance in the analysis, the most similar illusions and the least similar ones were determined.

Türkiye'deki İllerin Cinsel Suçlar Açısından İncelenmesi


Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı; Türkiye’de, 2010-2015 yılları arasında Türkiye’de işlenen cinsel suçlarla, kişilerin yaşam kalitelerinin ilişkili olup olmadığını araştırmaktır. Literatürde daha önce denenmemiş bir yöntem uygulanarak, illere göre derlenen verilerden nufüsa oranla bir endeks üretilerek kümeleme analizi uygulanmıştır. Daha sonar bu kümelere, illerin Yaşam Kalitesi Endeksi eklenerek, elde edilen kümelerle Yaşam Kalitesi Endeksleri sırası incelenmiştir. Analizler sonucunda; suç oranlarının herhangi coğrafi bağlı olmadığı ve sosyo-ekonomik koşullardanda etkili olmadığı tespit edilmiştir.
